End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Loqaly application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

OneAM Productions ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Authentication and Account Responsibilities

1. Authentication Methods: You may access the App using Google sign-in, email registration, or mobile number verification (OTP).
2. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Third-Party Authentication: When using Google or other providers, you authorize OneAM Productions to receive necessary profile data as permitted by those providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply.

4. Platform Terms and Compliance

The App may be distributed through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. By downloading or using the App via these platforms, you also agree to their respective terms of service, developer distribution agreements, and usage policies. Violating such terms may lead to suspension or termination of your access.

5. Restrictions

• Do not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Do not rent, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App or any portion of it.
• Do not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App, including trademarks, source code, and content, remains the property of OneAM Productions or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant ownership rights beyond the limited license provided.

7. Updates and Modifications

OneAM Productions may release updates or improvements. Updates may install automatically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modified terms or features.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

The App may collect and process personal data (name, email, phone number) in accordance with the Loqaly Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to this data collection and use.

9. Internet and Location Usage

The App requires an active internet connection to function properly. Some features may not be available offline.

The App also uses your device's location services to provide functionality such as finding nearby shops and displaying local data. Users may manually select a location through features like ShopFinder if they prefer not to share their live location.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of location information for these operational purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. OneAM Productions disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneAM Productions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

12. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. OneAM Productions may suspend or terminate your access if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete copies of the App.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and OneAM Productions and supersedes all prior communications.
